For contract performance with partners we process: company name, company registration code, address, contact person (name, phone, email). For site visitors — IP address, browser type, analytics cookies (with consent).

3. Legal grounds

Contract (Ukrainian Law on Personal Data Protection, Art. 11), legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 7) and explicit consent (site forms). Exact wording will be finalised during legal review.

4. Retention period

Contract data — in line with Ukrainian tax archive legislation. Cookies — up to 12 months. Contact-form data — up to 24 months. Exact periods will be confirmed at legal review.

5. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection. Requests go to the email above. Response within 30 days.

6. Data transfers

We do not sell personal data to third parties. Transfers to the EU (within partner cooperation in Bulgaria) rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Policy updates

We publish notice of material changes on the home page at least 14 days before they take effect.
